Enhanced Filtering on Asset Listing Page

Users can now apply custom calculated ‘is’ field filters on the Asset Listing page, improving region-based filtering.

Additional EPC Ratings groupings have been added for Sweden and other EU countries, allowing users to track Swedish unit EPC ratings.

The default zoom level in the Google Maps component has been zoomed out slightly to improve the experience for users locating deals/assets.

We fixed an issue on the Reports page where key stats were not showing when multiple dates were selected.

Resolved a formatting issue where custom string fields were incorrectly formatted as numbers (e.g., 1,990) when editing an asset.

 Fixed a bug preventing custom calculated ‘is’ field filters from working correctly on the Asset Listing page.

Resolved an issue where Development Type and Sector After Development key stats were being overwritten as null when editing an asset.

 Fixed an issue where clearing an appraisal redirected users to an incorrect page.
