Fixed a bug that prevented null values from rendering on the leasing details side panel.

Leasing details fields (leasing status, refurbishment status, quoting rent, quoting service charge, quoting insurance, leasing note) are now available in the Word/Excel report models

Fixed an issue where key stats sections were not loading for Portfolio/Vehicles pages

Resolved a bug on the asset details page where unlinking or linking a model did not correctly refresh the page, causing key stats to display incorrect model data
