We have introduced Portfolio Data Change Alerts, a new feature designed to improve data transparency and trust for Asset Managers (AMs). With this enhancement, AMs can now receive email notifications detailing updates to portfolio data, reducing reliance on manual checks and follow-ups with Portfolio Managers (PMs).

How It Works:

Users can subscribe to email notifications that summarise portfolio data changes. These alerts help you monitor updates related to funds, assets, and units based on their preferences. Key features include:

  • Customisable Subscriptions: Users can choose the specific assets, funds, and data points they want to track.

  • Flexible Frequency Options:

    • Daily alerts: Sent at 9 AM GMT each day.

    • Weekly alerts: Sent every Monday at 9 AM GMT.

    • Monthly alerts: Sent on the first Monday of every month at 9 AM GMT.

  • Noise Reduction: Notifications are only sent when relevant data changes occur, preventing unnecessary emails

How To Update Your Settings:

  1. Navigate to your settings by clicking on the user settings icon in the top right hand corner of your page.

  2. Ensure you are in the 'Notifications' tab, scroll down to the 'Portfolio' table and click on the buildings icon in the top right hand corner of the table.

  3. Once the right hand navigation tab appears, select either 'All Assets where I am selected', or 'Selected Assets', and select which Funds/ Assets you wish to receive email notifications for.

4. Upon saving the above, scroll to the bottom of the page to the 'Data Changes' section. Here you can select the frequency you'd like to receive the email notifications for, turn on the currently grey toggle to the right of the 'Data Changes' section, and press 'Save'.

Please contact your Client Success Manager, or support@coyote.co.uk for more information on this feature.
