We've also addressed various minor visual bugs/defects.

We've now added Lease Status as a column and filter on the unit listing page, allowing you to view “holding over” leases and other types across your portfolios. This feature is now available for all clients by default. Resolved an issue causing key stats to remain populated on Market assets after unlinking the model.

We resolved a bug in the bulk update asset tool where a success notification appeared, but the bulk action did not execute.

We also fixed a known issue causing repeated API calls on asset listing, investment, and lease comps listing pages.

We fixed an issue with client-managed Valuations fields not displaying in the Reports/Chronos page, and some minor visual defects in Portfolio assets contact management, ensuring correct company information displays when assigned to assets.
